Compact tool. Maximum flexibility.

The M18 Cut-Out Tool Quarter Insert is part of the Code Breaker Labs Quarter Insert System, giving you the freedom to build a PACKOUT™ drawer layout that suits the way you work.

Designed specifically for compact tools that don't require an entire half-drawer insert, this Quarter Insert occupies just one quarter of a PACKOUT™ drawer. Mix and match it with three other Quarter Inserts, or pair it alongside one of our standard half-drawer inserts to create a storage system tailored to your workflow.

Inspired by the design principles of our larger insert range, this insert keeps the tool, accessories, and consumables together while making full use of every millimetre of available space.

Features

Part of the Quarter Insert System

Quarter Inserts have been designed for compact tools that don't require the storage space of a traditional half-drawer insert.

Each insert occupies just one quarter of your PACKOUT™ drawer, allowing you to create a layout that's completely customised to your needs.

• Install up to four Quarter Inserts in a single drawer

• Pair two Quarter Inserts with one of our standard half-drawer inserts

• Mix and match different tools to build your ideal drawer setup

It's a modular system that grows with your collection.

Store the Tool Ready to Go

One of our core design principles is ensuring your tools are always ready for the next job.

This insert allows the M18 Cut-Out Tool to be stored with a cutting bit already installed, so there's no need to remove accessories every time you pack the tool away.

Simply open the drawer, grab the tool, and get straight to work.

Dedicated Spiral Cutting Bit Storage

A purpose-built storage section keeps your spiral cutting bits organised, protected, and easy to access.

The holder has been designed with ergonomic finger access, allowing you to quickly remove individual cutting bits using just two fingers without fumbling through loose accessories.

It's a small detail that makes a big difference during everyday use.

Hidden Storage Beneath the Tool

Using our proprietary 3D scanning and tool mapping technology, we've transformed the unused space beneath the tool into a hidden storage compartment.

Store the included wrench, spare collets, replacement cutting heads, or any other accessories you regularly use with the tool.

Once the tool is in place, everything underneath remains secure, organised, and protected.

Precision 3D Tool Mapping

Every contour of the M18 Cut-Out Tool has been digitally mapped to create a precise-fitting insert that securely supports the tool while unlocking valuable storage space beneath it.

Rather than simply holding the tool, the insert actively maximises every available millimetre of drawer space.

Designed the Code Breaker Labs Way

Every insert we produce is designed around the way tradespeople actually work.

From generous finger clearance and ergonomic access points to intelligent accessory storage and premium materials, every detail has been carefully considered to reduce wasted movement and improve efficiency.

It's storage that's designed to work with you—not against you.

The Quarter Insert System lets you build a PACKOUT™ drawer that's completely your own.

Four tools.

Endless combinations.

One organised workflow.

THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD AS AN INSERT ONLY. NO TOOLS, BATTERIES, CUTTING BITS, ACCESSORIES, OR MILWAUKEE PACKOUT™ BOXES ARE INCLUDED.
