With grinders, safety isn’t optional, so we built it into the insert itself. The guard sits on top of the tool, forcing you to reinstall it before use. There’s even a built-in reminder in the layout. It’s a simple design choice, but it makes sure the tool is always used the way it should be.

Everything you need to swap discs lives in one spot. The handle, flange, and tool all have dedicated positions, mapped for a snug fit. Once the lid’s closed, the handle is pressed down and locked in — no movement, no rattling.

Using our tool mapping process, we’ve created a tight, secure fit for the grinder while keeping it easy to grab. The tool rests on the head and base, opening up space underneath for storage while still giving you a clean, ergonomic pick-up every time.

Under the tool, you’ll find dual-layer disc storage — grinding discs on the bottom, cutting discs on top. A central locating point keeps everything from shifting, even when discs are worn down. No rattling, no mess, just grab what you need and go.

We’ve also packed in serious capacity without compromising access. Up to 21 reinforced cut-off wheels, all stored cleanly and spaced so you can grab them without fighting the stack.

Up top, there’s a dedicated space for your secondary dust cover, plus room for any extras — bolts, fixings, or whatever ends up in your kit during the day. It’s there for the stuff you don’t want to lose but always need nearby.
