Our Journey to 10,000 Orders 

On the 30th of January 2026, Code Breaker Labs fulfilled its 10,000th order.

From the outside, it looks like a simple milestone — a number on a dashboard or a plaque on the wall — but it represents far more than volume.

It reflects the systems, decisions, and standards built from the ground up to ensure every product leaving our warehouse is something we stand behind.

Built From Real Problems

We didn’t start with a business plan. We started with a problem.

Working on-site, it was obvious that tool storage wasn’t designed for real-world use. Setups were inefficient, tools didn’t have a proper place, and most solutions felt like an afterthought. Instead of settling, we built something better ourselves.

Design for Manufacturing

Most companies design first and figure out manufacturing later. That’s why their products fail.

We took the opposite approach. Every product is designed specifically for FDM from the beginning — factoring in layer orientation, load paths, and geometry as part of the design itself. By bringing in trained industrial designers, we ensured our products weren’t just printable, but built to perform.

Custom Materials

Standard filament wasn’t good enough for what we were trying to achieve.

So we partnered with a supplier to develop a custom formulation tailored to our process. By refining the polymer blend and additives, we achieved higher consistency, strength, and surface finish than generic materials could offer.

Controlled Material Process

Material performance isn’t just about what you use — it’s how you handle it.

Filament is highly sensitive to moisture, so we built an industrial-scale conditioning process. Every spool is dried, stabilised, and maintained within a tight performance window, ensuring consistent results across long production runs.

Quality Over Output

Every part is manually inspected before it leaves our warehouse.

Under controlled lighting, each piece is checked for structural integrity and surface finish — even down to subtle texture variations. If it doesn’t meet our standard, it’s rejected. That’s the trade-off we accept to maintain consistency and reliability.

Fast, Reliable Fulfilment

Once approved, products move into a fulfilment system built for speed and precision.

Our internal standard is dispatch within 12–24 hours, regardless of destination. With customers all over the world, we know delays matter — so we’ve built a system that consistently delivers fast turnaround.

Support That Actually Supports

For us, the product doesn’t end at delivery.

We stay actively involved in customer support, handling issues directly and without delay. Whether it’s fitment, shipping, or general questions, we make sure every customer is looked after properly.

Over time, our customers became more than just buyers — they became part of the process.

With constant feedback and ideas coming in, we don’t guess what the market needs. We listen and build accordingly. Many of our products exist because someone in the community asked for them.

10,000 orders in under a year is something we’re proud of, but it’s not the end goal.

It’s simply a reflection of the systems we’ve built and the standards we hold. As we grow, the focus stays the same — solve real problems, build products that last, and back it all with service people can rely on.
