🔩 Tool-in-Insert Head Changes

We designed this insert so you can change collets and heads without removing the tool. It sits upright in a vertical mount, giving you both hands free. There’s even small icon markers underneath the tool to guide how it slots in — especially handy when you’re wearing thick gloves or in a rush.

🧤 Glove-Tested Ergonomics

We tested the insert’s layout using thick welding gloves — because we know that’s what some of you are wearing when you're grinding. Every part of the tray, from the tool grab to the bit pockets, is shaped to give you easy pick-up without fumbling.

🔒 Battery-Free Lock-In

This insert includes a custom EVA foam pad for the inside of your PACKOUT lid. Stick it in once, and your grinder stays secure — whether there’s a battery on it or not. No bouncing around, even if your PACKOUT's getting knocked about on-site.

🧼 Self-Cleaning Grate System

Underneath the tool head, we added a grated base. It lets dust and metal shavings fall through instead of clogging up around the motor. Makes it easier to keep your insert clean after a few days on the tools.

🧰 Removable Storage Tray

The tray snaps in and out, giving you dedicated spots for grinding heads, wrenches, and discs. No loose bits rolling around, no digging. It’s built to carry just what you need — compact, efficient, and tradie-proof.

🧲 Spare Collet Holders

We’ve added specific slots just for spare collets, placed right in view so you don’t forget you’ve got extras. Easy to grab, easy to see, and stops them from rattling around in the bottom of your box.
