We started with your sanding pads, because those are always the first to get lost or bent. This insert gives you six dedicated slots, each with its own cutout so they’re easy to grab. The pads are kept separate, meaning the Velcro won’t stick to polishing pads and ruin them.

Whether you’re running a CP or an XC battery, attached to the tool or packed as a spare, there’s room. The sander itself sits in a perfectly cut-out pocket that slides in and out seamlessly. No forcing, no awkward angles. Just a proper fit, every time.

Beneath the sanding head, we left a space for dust and debris to drain through. That keeps your PACKOUT cleaner for longer and your gear out of the sawdust pile. When it’s time, lift out the insert, tip the dust out, and you’re done.
