Keeping It Clean for Longer

We know how much dust sanding can create, so we integrated a grate directly beneath the sanding head to help the insert stay cleaner for longer. The removable design lets you take the insert out of the PACKOUT™ Compact Organiser for a proper clean when needed, without any hassle.

Packing a Punch

For this insert, we wanted to make the most of the space available. The thick, solid structure gives the sander a glove-like fit while providing generous room for sanding pads and accessories. We also incorporated a small scoop near the front edge, making it easier to lift the tool out while maintaining a clean, ergonomic workflow.

Space for Your Preference

Everyone runs their tools differently, so we made sure this insert adapts to your setup. The cavity allows for storage with the battery attached or removed, and the fitment supports both the high-output and 2.0Ah batteries. We also added a dedicated compartment in the bottom-left corner to store a spare 2.0Ah battery for extended work sessions.

Space for Days

Sanding pads are a personal preference — so we built this insert to handle them all. From thick foam pads to thin breathable ones, there’s room for every type. We also added subtle cutouts in the slots to make removal easy, even when they’re stacked full. Whether you’re running one pad or ten, everything fits neatly in its place.
