This insert was designed to handle everything that comes with sanding — pads, adapters, screws, the lot. Whether you’re doing bodywork or fine finishing, the goal was simple: keep everything visible, organised, and ready to grab.

The sanding pads sit at a forward angle, so you can instantly see the grit and grab what you need. No flipping through stacks.

We also added a grated base underneath, letting dust fall through over time — keeping the insert cleaner for longer.

Using our tool mapping process, the sander sits in a tight, protective fit at the front of the organiser.

You can store it with or without a battery, and it’s always positioned for a quick, natural pickup.

Up top, there’s a dedicated space for your vacuum adapters, with enough room to store them either side.

We’ve also included snug-fit slots for screws and the Allen key, so you’re not chasing missing hardware when it’s time to swap setups.

There’s extra storage tucked underneath the rear pad section — perfect for spare bits and accessories.

Once the sanding pads are in place, they act as a lid to keep everything secure.

Because of the sander’s height and paddle trigger, the lid sits slightly raised when closed.

We chose to prioritise proper tool fitment and usability over forcing it flat — and it doesn’t affect performance or storage.
